About Air@Work

Air@Work is a supplier of an energy saving and environmental friendly cooling solution for datacenters. The product is based on indirect adiabatic cooling. The cooling functions without compressors within the guidelines of the Ashrae TC 9.9. 2011 and meets the certification schema of Stichting Milieukeur of climatecontrol for datacenters. The innovative product has a PUE cooling lower than 1.05. In comparison with conventional cooling techniques this saves up to 90% on energy cost.

How does it work?

With two separate air streams the Air@Work datacenter cooling system supplies the total cooling of the datacenter. The outside air does not come in contact with the recirculation air in the datacenter. During 80% of the year the system takes care of the cooling of the outside air. During 20% of the year the system cools the outside air by evaporating water to realize the desired cooling temperature. The renovation will start at the end of 2014. The total replacement will be finished in the spring of 2015.
